A unique site for a mountain retreat, the lodge sits just five miles outside town on almost 30 acres of private land. A small pond sits adjacent to a single-hole, private golf course between a line of pine trees, giving the property a real distinctive feature. Built in 1992, the lodge needed new life to really connect the interior spaces with the beautiful mountains all around.
A new interior sequence started with a redefine entryway and guest suite with bedroom and bathroom separated from the rest of the house by a large, deep archway leading into the kitchen and living room. A new kitchen incorporates appliances and work surfaces that connect directly to the dining area and living room. On both the second floor and basement, all new bedroom configurations and bathroom designs make this the perfect retreat for anyone needing a little extra space for family and friends. Extra large windows – both fixed and operable – give each space daylight, unobstructed views, and fresh air.
